Audio and Video error while joining Meeting

We have subscribed to Zoom meetings and we are using API’s to create meetings from our application.

Meeting and other stuff were created without any problem, but once meeting created and when we try to join that meeting we are getting errors saying “Unable to use computer audio” and also we are unable to click on “Join Audio by Computer” (both pic attached below).

Also, our mic and video are working fine in other meetings and webinars.

To Reproduce(If applicable)
Just create a meeting with the above details (request body in pic) and check if audio and video are working.


Device (please complete the following information):

  • Device: Mac and windows
  • OS: Windows 10 and mac os
  • Browser: All the browsers
  • Browser Version: latest versions

Additional context
@MaxM please check this and let us know the solution, and also request body which we are sending is enough or do we need to mention all the parameters so that audio and video will work fine.

Thank you for posting in the Developer Forum. Are you able to share if you are using an IFrame in your application? If so, it is known that there may be functional issues with doing so (as in this case), which is we why discourage the use of IFrame.

We are not using any IFrame, it’s a direct web SDK Package we are using in our application.
