I’d like to ask, what are the reasons other than JWT? After all, only one device can’t work

Hey @gph1122,

Usually when this happens, the JWT is barely invalid and the difference in seconds can make one device think the JWT is expired/not yet ready. Try changing the exp time by a few minutes.
