Raised a ticket recently as click to dial was not automatically dialing a number when selected from Outlook or a database. This is not available yet and it would eb handy for our contact centre staff who need to make numerous calls each day. Would this be a possibility as at present the number is added to the zoom phone application but you still need to click the call button to initiate the call?
