Making phone calls?

We are getting ready to purchase Zoom Phone to replace our Mitel phone system. I’ve been asked if we can use the Zoom API or something, to make automated/scripted phone calls (reminders to clients) based on data we pull out of our MSSQL db.

Anyone know if something like that is possible?

Currently our Phone APIs do not have automated call capabilities.
