Several users got automatically disconnected in this meeting. An example is the user disconnected at 09:45:36 AM:

iPhone mobile - Chrome 134.0.6998.99 iOS 18.3.2

I’m logging all SDK events, but I didn’t see a connection-change event at the time of the disconnect, why? According to my access logs, the user’s browser was automatically refreshed at that time. Does the Zoom Video SDK do that in case of a disconnect?

We do not perform any refresh operations. From the logs, this user’s audio and video uplink and downlink appear to be normal, so it’s unclear what triggered the refresh.
