Automatic logout from Zoom class

Multiple attendees are logging out from zoom meeting at same time.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Join zoom meeting from our application through web sdk
  2. Automatic logged out
  3. No error message

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. Are you able to provide more information on the issues you’re seeing?

It sounds like you’re seeing users are automatically removed from meetings when using version 1.9.6 of the Web SDK. Is that correct?

Does this happen with all meetings or just some? Have you tested the behavior with the Sample Web App?

Yes, we are using version 1.9.6

As this is random issue, so we are not able to test in real scenarios. As per attendance report from zoom, it can be seen that several students are logging out at same time also.

Please send an email to developersupport@zoom.us with a link to this thread. In that email, please provide the meeting number and the report where you’re seeing this. I’ll use that to investigate further.
