Behavior when local recording setting is off

Description
Based on the Zoom SDK App Requirements , we implemented a bot that sends a recording request to the host using the mediaCapturePermission API. Am I correct in understanding that if the meeting host’s local recording is off, the bot should stop recording and leave?
