Black screen and no sound when switching screens

Whenever the speaker switches to screen view for the camera and vice versa, everything goes black and without sound for a long time. We’ve had a lot of complaints.
Due to the waiting time until it stabilizes and returns to normal, people lose information that was transmitted in the meantime.
Many end up doing refresh to solve the problem… until next time.

Pasrticipantes who complained used Chrome and Edge. But seeing that it happens in two different browsers, it can also happen in others.

We are using SDK version 2.1.1

@eventos.gestao You’re saying that when you switch between showing your camera or the shared screen participants see a significant delay with audio and video. Is that right?

How long is the delay?
What browsers does this happen with?
Does this still happen with the latest version (2.2.0)?
