Black screen on BlueStacks emulator

Description
I use the Android Zoom SDK in my app. Everything works well on real devices and Android Studio virtual machines.
However, when running the app on BlueStacks, it had an error displaying videos of other members. I tried downloading the Zoom app and the Zoom app also had the same error.
Other members can still see videos from the app on BlueStacks.
2-way audio and all other features work fine, only the video has the problem as described.

Which version?
Android SDK : [4.6.15801.0403]

Thanks for using Zoom SDK. Could you provide the error info you are getting? I will forward this to the engineering team for investigation, however, if you are seeing the same situation with the official Zoom client app, it is highly possible that we do not support this platform.
