Call Tracing via API

Looking to trace calls from the time it enters the ZP environment until it is answered or terminated.

Example:

Call placed to user1 → user1 doesn’t answer and call forwards to call queue → someone in call queue answers.

Is there a field that holds a persistence where this call can be tracked from beginning to end?
