Calling ZOOM API 2,500 times to create 2,500 meetings

I run big virtual Church events. I want my 10,000 (estimate) attendees to be in 2,500 Zoom calls (hence, 4 people each) for small groups discussion time.

Hence, I’d like to call the Zoom API 2,500 times to receive 2,500 Zoom call links (each link should expire in 90 days, not a few hours), so I can email the links to my attendees.

Is there a Zoom plan which allows that?
Can you please point me in the right direction?
