Can APIs provide actual meeting chat and recording data if E2EE is enabled at account level?

Description
*If End to End Encryption is enabled at Zoom account level, can Zoom Meetings API Endpoints provide the actual text (without encryption) and meeting recordings/transcripts similar to how it would provide the data when the E2EE is disabled? If not, is there a way to gather the data via API with E2EE enabled?

Hi @martin.sommer1 No they cannot and this is by design. You will not be able to use cloud recordings therefore you cannot access the transcript for chat. There is not a way to get this data with E2EE enabled.
