What I’m wanting to do is to show my community members “Who is on Zoom meeting right now” without them having to be logged into a meeting. I’m not talking invitees.. we don’t use that. I don’t even need to or want them to know who is on, just how many, for example. I’m not familiar with webhooks etc but my partner is and he would be able to help.. I just need to know if this is possible at least and any tips if so please!

This is very possible; you would need a Zoom app to join a meeting, get a list of participants, and then display them wherever you want. I have done this in many apps.
Use the Appssdk and the get_participants function.
I would be more concerned about privacy issues that developing the code.
