It is asking to add all the details of the App which I dont have. Eg. Technical Design, Application overview, Architecture design, Application development etc.

Thanks for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum and welcome to our community!
If you do not want to publish your app, you do not need to fill in all those details.
Make sure that when you create the app, you set up the “Intend to publish app” to No.

Thank you it worked. However I have one question, I tested through my Zoom account for another user on board effect app.
Should I use her zoom account or it is organization specific?

If the other person’s account is different to yours, then they would have to create their own application.
