Can not start ZOOM on mobile, need to be awaiting to access although I'm a host

Description
I have embedded Zoom app in my website, however, when I connect to Zoom app on mobile, I couldnt start the video although I’m a host. It appears “Waiting for the host to start this meeting”. Even though when I signed in ZOOM, I could not start video as well.
Which version?
