Can only join meeting once

Description

We deploy single-task devices (kiosks) for joining Zoom meetings. On certain devices, Zoom SDK will a reboot is required to successfully join further meetings. These tablets are all the same model and a particular device will either never see this issue, or it will consistently reproduce this issue.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Place tablet in kiosk mode (seems related to kiosks only)
  • Join a meeting
  • Host (desktop user) ends the meeting
  • Turn off screen after ending the meeting
  • Turn on screen, tablet to join a meeting

Troubleshooting Routes

Tablet does not join a meeting. SDK returns SUCCESS when attempting to join and the status is IDLE. Rebooting tablet fixes this issue, however, stopping and restarting our application does not help. Crashing our application does not help.

We have Zoom logs, it would be great if we could have them decrypted for further investigation on our end.
