Hi Team, As there are many users who have reported in our community are facing issue while joining the meeting. This was happening in the previous version and we have upgraded to the latest version of SDK (v5.0.24433.0616). There are people who could able to join meetings and also there are people facing this issue. Can you kindly check and let us know is this anything with respect to device or android versions to deal with ? (Also only some common among those users are android versions > 9)

Thanks for the info and the video. Could you elaborate on this issue you are facing? Is the user not able to join a meeting(Stuck at connecting)? Or is the user be able to join the meeting but the video view is not present? Could you help to point out the link to other users who are having the same issue?
We have tested the join meeting feature with multiple Android devices (Android versions > 9) and we are not able to experience the issue so we are thinking this may not be related to the Android OS version. Therefore we will need more info to identify the root cause here.
@carson.zoom , as I have provided you the video and SDK logfiles, the following case of issue is happening :
When user clicks on “Join” Button(as specified in the video) , join meeting API will be called and meeting screen will appear and automatically return to the same page without any exceptions. Seems like the ret value is 99 which is returned by meeting service.
Kindly go though this issue as you said it is not happening on common android versions , this issue persists among so many users currently. Please review the logfile and video which is been provided and let us know.
