Can the API "List webinars" be retrieved by alternative hosts?

If I specify an alternative host when creating a webinar, can I also retrieve webinars with the alternative host set by specifying the user of the alternative hosts in the “userId” of the API below?
GET /users/{userId}/webinars
I would like to know if the above API returns webinars other than the creator.

No, the Get/webinars endpoint can only be queried by the owner of the webinar.
