Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. When changing the deauthorization URL, you will need to republish your application in order for the new deauthorization URL to be live on your production application.
I’m not aware of a field that you can change without having to republish the application but the approval process is very quick for already submitted apps.
