Questions regarding Publishing using different Redirect URL in Development Credentials & Production Credentials

Hello,
I have created a Zoom OAuth App.
I have 2 different servers “Dev” & “Live”.

Questions:

1. So for publishing the app. can I use a different Redirect Url in “Development Credentials” & “Production Credentials”??

2. After Publishing if I change any server so I will have to change the credentials too. then do I have to resubmit for review to make the changes work?

That’s correct

This is also correct. Once your app is published, if you make a change, you’ll need to request an update in order for it to be reflected on production:
