Cannot authorise the app due to insufficient permissions in-spite of permissions being already given

While trying to install the app under Local Test environment, I’m getting the below page.

However, I’ve already given these permissions.

I’m not able to understand the issue? Need help with this.

Basically the person installing this app needs to be a Zoom Account Admin, or have the following permission on https://zoom.us/role

Inspite of logging in through admin, I don’t see that option.

It is under the User Management menu. Expand it and you will see a link called “Role Management”.

Can’t see it. If I manually visit https://zoom.us/role, it shoes Access Restricted.

Hey @abhilash,

Have your Zoom Account Admin give you the following permission on https://zoom.us/role, or make you an admin.

Then you will be able to adjust your permissions.
