Cannot seem to submit app for approval since I cannot seem to save that webhooks can validate

Steps I took:

• Go to app marketplace
• Fill in app submission (in this case adding data for the new embedded TDD form)
• Validate webhooks endpoints, got green tick, click the save and continue buttons
• Go to submit app

What I get:

Error messages telling me my webhooks are not validated

What should happen:

It lets me submit

What could be happening here?

Try refreshing the page once after validating and saving. The error should go away.
