Cannot start new meeting in windows app (ver.6.1.10)

Cannot start new ‘meeting’ when using Zoom windows app(v. 6.1.10)

Error?
No error message, app not response.

Troubleshooting Routes
I could could execute Zoom on Web version but failed in Windows app scenario.

How To Reproduce

  1. Download Zoom workplace app(ver.6.1.10) Windows 64 bits
  2. Open the app and sign in
  3. Click ‘New Meeting’ button, wait about 2 secs no response, cannot open new meeting sucessfully.

Other info
Since only failed on Asus Zenbook, my another NB(Lenovo/Windows 11) could use app successfully, not sure what reason caused the error.
