Cannot validate domain for app submission but the file is present

Hello,

I am currently unable to validate my domain for an app submission. On top of that I have been blocked from posting on the forum for I don’t know what reasons. The zoomverify file is actually available on the domain: https://www.distro.so/zoomverify/verifyzoom.html

I have the app under a different email address because I was unable to post with my account.

Please help.
