Can't access app submission flow

Description
When I am going to Marketplace → Manage, I see my app, which I have not yet submitted. But when I try to open it to get back into the submission form (which I worked hard on), I get a screen that says “An Error Occured”, and a toast message that says “The app is not found”.

How To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior including:
1. Go to marketplace.zoom.us
2. Log in
3. Go to Manage in top bar
4. Click on app in the list
5. See error, as shown in the screenshot.

Please help! We’ve worked hard on this application and are finally ready with everything needed to to finish the application and submit.

Can you provide more details? I can’t see the screenshot.
