Can't access Video SDK credential creation upon adding plan

I added the Video SDK plan to my account. When I follow the instructions on the documentation for creating credentials by going to Manage on my CPaaS account and then click build app from there, it doesn’t give my the ability to see any video SDK credentials. I tried Develop → General App but Video SDK also wasn’t an option in the embed. When I go to the link the Agent referred me to I get an Access Restricted error. I am the owner and only user on my account.

I want to embed the meetings within my application but have ran into nothing but roadblocks. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you been able to troubleshoot this on your end? are you still not able to see your video SDK credentials?
