Can't Edit Development App Through Zoom Marketplace

Hello,

I had created an OAuth development app on Zoom Marketplace a while back. I am able to complete the OAuth authorization process with the app, and it is showing up under my “Added Apps”. However, it is not showing up within my “Created Apps”, so I am no longer able to make any changes to it.

Who should I reach out to to figure out what the issue is and regain access to my app?

  • production client id
  • production client secret
  • app owner email
  • account owner email/account number

Thanks for providing the info requested. I’ve submitted everything to the service engineering team to troubleshoot (ZSEE-111715).
