Can't modify OAuth App

Description
The app I created on May 20th I now have to way to edit to add any features or to publish. The image below is what I see what I click to modify.

I can create a new one, and have access to it. But the older one, the one we actually use, can not edit.

Hello Tommy!

Yeah, I removed that when a hit the App limit from another topic. I’ve created many Apps since then with no issues.
