Summary: Restricts cross-account anonymous joins. Client view updates the PEPC button label to address a Chrome regression and fixes five issues including webinar join errors, poll text display problems, mobile PEPC flow, recording permission localization, and virtual background settings with ZAK tokens. Component view adds error handling for cross-account joins, PTZ camera UI controls, and breakout room broadcast audio support, while fixing translated caption and view mode persistence issues.
