Clarification on EU App Listing Requirements (Trade Register Number & Bank Info)

Hi Zoom team,

We’re in the process of submitting our app for EU listing on the Zoom Marketplace and had a couple of questions.

We’re a U.S.-based SaaS business with no physical presence or legal entity in the EU. Our app is already approved and listed for non-EU users on the Zoom Marketplace.

In this context:

  1. Is it mandatory to provide a Trade Register Number, or can this field be left blank for U.S.-based businesses?
  2. Are the “Bank Name” and “Last 4 digits of Bank Account Number” fields required, or can they also be omitted for U.S.-only businesses?

Yes, if you’re submitting your app for EU listing on the Zoom Marketplace, the requested business information including the Trade Register Number, Bank Name, and Last 4 digits of your Bank Account Number is required, regardless of where your business is based.

Even for U.S.-based businesses without an EU presence, this information is necessary to enable EU distribution and comply with regional regulations.
