Publishing a free app as an individual in EU is asking Trade Register Number, Bank Name, and Last 4 digits of your Bank Account Number

I am publishing a free app(not monetized via Zoom) and I want to make it available in the EU. However, I don’t have a legal entity and the required details. Everywhere I read it says that it should not be required for my case. However, I cannot make a submission without this information.
