Cloud recording for webinars keeps stopping intermittently

Hi

We are facing issues on a live event right now where in the cloud recording keeps stopping intermittently.
Our hosts are logged in via the Zoom desktop app.
Could you please advise on what can be done to fix this?

Hi @jaydeepk ,

This doesnt seem to be an error with the developer platform. One thing I can think of is if you have used up your cloud recording storage.
