Cloud recording via JWT app not working

I am using a JWT app to start a meeting, but the cloud recordings are not working.

Users in the meeting are basic users under a Pro account. Cloud Recording, and Automatic Cloud Recording are turned on at the account level under the Pro account.

But when the meeting starts, only local recording is happening.

In the{0}/meetings api call if I set “auto_recording” to “cloud” in the settings, the response contains “auto_recording:local” instead.

It is my understanding that cloud recordings should work for all users under the Pro account, so I do not understand why they do not work. Even if I log into zoom as those individual users there are no cloud recordings.

If the individual user is a free basic user, then they won’t have the Cloud Recording feature.
