Code : 4700 error | Playlists API

I am trying to get data from ZRA Playlists API but getting and Internal server error:

[{‘code’: 4700, ‘message’: ‘Internal Server error’}]

API - [zra/users/{userId}/conversations/playlists]

What could be the issue and workaround?

Could you please confirm that you are getting the right scopes when you generate the access_token?
