Concurrent meetings on Zoom

Is it possible to run concurrent meetings on Zoom at the same time? For instance, can one Zoom account hold multiple meetings simultaneously? If yes, how can we achieve this?

We are running an LMS for a campus where teachers can log in and create meetings using API calls. Not all of these teachers have a Zoom account, so we use our paid “Business” version to create all the meetings. These online classes are mostly scheduled for the same time, around 10 AM. However, we are unable to run all the meetings simultaneously due to an alert message from Zoom.

I tried to create 20 sub-accounts in our Zoom account, but with more than 60 teachers, there are often meeting clashes. I am now considering creating a feature that can find available time slots between our 20 Zoom sub-accounts. Is this a viable approach?

Hi @pradeep1 ,

Essentially you will need to get 60 paid accounts for these teachers if these meeting exceed the free 40 mins meeting time.

Steps are given below-
Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
In the navigation panel, click Settings.
Click the Meeting tab.
Under the In Meeting (Basic) section, verify that Join different meetings simultaneously on desktop is enabled.
If the setting is disabled, click the toggle to enable it.
