Create a view upcoming meetings for all scheduled meetings for all accounts in a designated room

I’m assisting with designing an all-in-one multimedia room for instructors to record short videos. My team and I are trying to find a way to simplify the signing-in process so the instructor can walk into a room and record videos in the Zoom cloud. This recording, in theory, would populate in the LTI so students can access it easily in their Canvas course. We would want to be able to display the upcoming meetings in the room on a screen to keep track of who is recording and when the next one will be without requiring the professors to sign in to the scheduler. I’m imagining that it would be a view-only display.

Have the instructor sign in to Zoom and start their meeting.
