Custom agent statuses are excluded when retrieving list of Contact Center system statuses

Hi @desautelsj Thanks for your patience here. I just heard back from our Engineering team and it seems like this has been identified as a bug. ZCC has not supported to customize agent system status in the web portal so this should not be supported via API either. Although right now it can be created successfully, we will make an update to our docs to remove the “status_category=agent_status”
