Delay in showing user's own video

Description
After starting video, it took around 1 minute to show user’s own video on all participant’s screen including user’s own screen. It happens usually from the 2nd try starting the video.

To Reproduce(If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Join meeting
  2. Click on the Video button to start your own video
  3. Click on the Video button to stop your own video
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the issue occurs
