After starting video, it took around 1 minute to show user’s own video on all participant’s screen including user’s own screen. It happens usually from the 2nd try starting the video.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Join meeting
- Click on the Video button to start your own video
- Click on the Video button to stop your own video
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the issue occurs
