Developer privileges for educational account

Is it possible to get developer privileges for account type: Education? I need to access the SDK but my account admin says that he has activated a developer role for me but I still cant access the SDK. When I click on the “Build app” under develope it says.

“Developer privilege is required.
Please contact your account admin.”

under SDK.

I have logged in and out but still the same.

What can be wrong?

Hi @prer ,

Can you get your administrator to do the following?
Add role on Sign In | Zoom

Add a new role named “developer”

After which, assign SDK view and edit to the “developer” role

last, under the “Role members”, add your email in

Now if you refresh your marketplace page, you should be able to create SDK apps
