Development APPs , After adding a new app, I can't find the app I want to test in the Zoom Apps section of User Settings, under the "Choose an app to auto-start" function

Description
I’m developing an app that uses RTMS. During the Development phase, after setting the scope and webhooks, I added the app to my development account using the app manager.

After adding it, I can’t find the app I want to test in the Zoom Apps section of User Settings, under the “Choose an app to auto-start” function.

Hi @Seasalt

You can find those settings here let me know if your screen doesn’t look the same

I can’t see my app on this page.

I cannot share screenshots in the topic.

My operations:
after I completed the “Add App” process on the https://marketplace.zoom.us/develop/applications/{id}?mode=dev page,

my app was previously visible on the page you shared, and I could set a custom starter, but yesterday I suddenly couldn’t see it anymore.

I’ve tried removing the app and adding it again, but it didn’t work.

Hi @Seasalt, seems like the app only shows up in the “Choose an app to auto-start” list if it has the right scopes (for example a meeting transcript scope like meeting:read:meeting_transcript) and RTMS is fully enabled on your account.

If those scopes are set and the app used to appear but suddenly disappeared, that usually matches the behavior in this RTMS entitlement thread where the RTMS license on the tenant was removed or misconfigured.

At this point the next step is to contact Zoom via the RTMS access form or open a Developer Support ticket with your account ID and app ID so they can re-enable RTMS for your org and get the app back in the auto-start dropdown.
