Unable to see zoom marketplace app at zoom account setting for auto start and getting rtms i have already created genral app and already done all the setting and check with technical and sales team but i am not able to get zoom rtms because there is no app i see for getting rtms

RTMS is not available by default.
You need to make an application to have in enabled, have you done this?

It sounds like you’ve already created a Zoom app, added the necessary RTMS scopes, and added it to your account, but you’re not able to configure RTMS to auto start, is that right? This needs to be enabled by a Zoom admin at the account level, is it possible that you don’t have the necessary permissions to do this?

Yes, I am unable to select the app I have already created to auto-start for receiving Zoom RTMS. I have also completed all configurations and have all necessary permissions as I am the owner.

Have you sent a request to Zoom to enable RTMS.
Zoom have to specifically add RTMS functions to your account.
