Dialog when participant join meeting with cloud recording started

I am using custom UI in my app.
When a participant joins the meeting with cloud recording started, below dialog shown

  1. Is there a way in SDK to know this dialog is shown?
  2. Is there a way to hide this dialog or customize it?
