Hello, we have integrated the Zoom Web SDK into our own website. After doing so, we received feedback from some of our customers regarding issues they encountered on tablet and mobile devices. While attempting to identify these issues, we found that the same errors occurred on the Zoom.us platform as well. These issues include occasional failure to load audio or video during meetings.
