Thank you for posting on our developer forum.
To disable the meeting chat function, please go to the Zoom web portal >> My Account >> Setting >> In Meeting(Basic) sign in to your Zoom account and disable the meeting chat function.
Once the meeting host disables the meeting chat, the chat would not be allowed in this meeting.
