Discovering cost-saving opportunities?

Is anyone aware of a project aimed at identifying ways to lower Zoom Phone costs by monitoring usage and changing licenses to/from Metered, Unmetered, and Pay-As-You-Go?

For example, if we have users on an Unlimited license making very few billable calls then we could save money by moving them to a Metered plan.

However, it is possible that it may have been overlooked. I will reach out to the Zoom Phone team to verify and update you on my findings. While I do so, I encourage you to submit a feature request to ensure that your suggestion is tracked. Improving and meeting customer needs is a top priority for us and your input is valued.
