Discrepancy between the received ConnectionState and the Zoom logs

User have got CONNECTION_STATE.RECONNECTING, while be in session. But in log file here is ‘Left the meeting’:

03:07:07 AM(Larysa Kosach-Kvitka::1751961235821::images/e05c288d-ad79-4d2b-8e36-88c766c8b7d7_undefined-pic.png left the meeting.Reason: left the meeting.)

Why reason isn’t ‘Network connection error’?
Could you please explain why this discrepancy occurred, or clarify how the connection_state corresponds to the reason indicated in the ‘leave time’ field?

Hi @Pavlo1 Can you clarify if you are using the web or android sdk?

Also is the log your referencing from an event, webhook, SDK logging?

We are using web sdk.
It is log from zoom dashboard.
