Domain Validation Fails Even When "verifyzoom.html" File Exists

I’m working on submitting an app to review, but encountered domain verifications error:

can not access the html file, please be sure the file uploaded correctly and retry

I have confirmed that the verifyzoom.html file exists at https://www.tald.co/zoomverify/verifyzoom.html

However, this error continues to show. I’d like to get help for manual verification, thank you in advance.
