Domain Verification Failed — Requesting Manual Approval

Hi, I’m trying to publish our Zoom OAuth app and the domain verification keeps failing despite the verification records being correctly in place.

What we’ve tried:

  1. TXT Record — Added the Zoom TXT verification record to our domain. Verified it’s propagated globally (resolves on Google DNS, Cloudflare, etc.). Our domain has many TXT records which causes UDP truncation — this may be why the automated check fails.

  2. Meta Tag — Added the Zoom verification meta tag to the <head> of our homepage. Confirmed it’s live. Still fails.

Additional context: Our apex domain 301-redirects to the www subdomain (hosted on Webflow via CNAME). The TXT record is on the apex domain, and the meta tag is on the Webflow-hosted page. Both verification methods are in place but the automated check fails.
