Driving mode is false, but display driving mode

I am using AndroidSDK v5.13 or later.
I set the option no_driving_mode to true.
If the host setting waiting room is false, the driving mode will not be displayed.
but Waiting room setting is true, driving mode is displayed.
It also occurs in the SDK sample.

is this a bug?
It did not occur until v5.12.

We are doing an SDK update, is there a workaround?

I’m hesitant to use v5.11~5.12 due to build errors like the link below.

The issue is a bug and we’ll fix it in the upcoming release 5.13.10 at the end of Feb.
