During zoom meeting (embed zoom) guest Audio is unreachable

During meeting in some circumtance (unfortunatelly still can’t find out when)

Guest (Customer) Audio is unavailable. most cases ar on mobile ios safari, sometimes same error occur on other devices too, please help :slight_smile:

p.s. we are using web sdk 2.12.0

Could you please confirm if the guest is clicking on Join audio when joining the meeting?

Join process is automatic, becouse Zoom is embed in our system, but in any case after joining guest press audio icon

Users need to press audio icon upon joining a meeting, this is expected
